On The Move Physical Therapy is a home rehabilitation company that provides patients with the unique service of physical therapy and strength training at their residence. This service is ideal for patients with acute injuries, ambulation difficulties, post-operations, and transportation problems.

Our Company is not a home health agency. Therefore we have the flexibility and independence to customize and personalize the treatment for each patient without the agency billing restrictions and treatment limits.

We are authorized and preferred providers for Medicare and most major insurance companies. That means the patient does not have to pay extra for the home service.

Our physical therapists are experienced in orthopedic care, neurological rehabilitation, fitness training, and aquatic therapy. We are all licensed physical therapists with a variety of certifications and specializations, including: geriatrics, prosthetics, community re-integration, certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified ergonomic assessment specialist, and certification in locomotor biomechanics.
